A Precise Comfort, Inc.

Review: In September of 2013 I purchased a high efficiency gas furnace and central air conditioning from A Precise Comfort, of Rural Hall, NC. I was told and promised for the past year that the company would handle submitting the forms to [redacted] and [redacted] for the rebates. Finally the promises have melted into non returned phone calls. I am so frustrated and so angry, and I need some help. I need those rebates to pay my property taxes and made that clear in my last conversation with Jon D[redacted] on October 07, 2014. He told me to check in 60 days with the utility companies to "speed up the rebate process". I'm an amputee and feel like I have been taken advantage of. Both [redacted] and [redacted] have told me they have no records of any rebate forms being submitted on my behalf. I am out of patience. I didn't know where to turn except the Revdex.com. If I could afford an attorney I would take Mr. D[redacted] to court. That's not an option. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,[redacted]p.s. I recall giving Mr. D[redacted] the coinciding account numbers on 3 different occassions. Not very professional.Desired Settlement: I want the rebate forms expedited to [redacted] and [redacted] My only hope is that the rebates will still be honored since Mr. D[redacted] has been so negligent in this matter. Or the equivalent of the rebates in the form of cash payable to me.
