My complaint is more than just service issues, I had him put pipes in back in Jan 2011 and he guaranteed them not to leak or bust and early this year they started leaking and my water bill went from 57 quarterly to 105. I have repeatedly, text and called him and on three spearate occasions, the latest being last night he was to come to my home and check where I saw the water coming from and re-check all the other pipes he installed. I dont think that only being a little over a year that I should be having this many problems. I paid him over 1200.00 for the pipes to be installed and was guaranteed the above. All he gave me was a little slip stating what he did and the price, no other paperwork was provided. I cant find his street address as he is unlisted. I have been trying to reach him for months now and he has left me no option but to file a complaint to get him to answer me. I live on a tight budget and when this happened and I had to replace all the pipes I personally asked him if this would be the end of my problems and he said YES. Now he wont make his work good and his service [redacted]. I feel the pipes should be under warranty and his work as it has only been a year when I made contact the first time with him and he made an appt and no showed, and did the same two other times and refuses to return calls. I am done as I cant afford to pay another plumber to come out again and fix what he was paid to fix and to fix right.
