Clay was very thorough with the home inspection and answered any and all questions I have without hesitation. I'm a first time home buyer so he was patient with me and understanding of my lack of understating on some things and he showed my pictures and went in depth about things. It made me feel a lot more comfortable and aware of what he saw. I will most certainly use A Premier in the future if I can and I will definitely use A Premier for my re-inspection before I close.

the inspector was very nice and friendly.he walk through the whole inspection making sure I understood everything. You need to make sure all your inspectors are like him.
