*** *** attention I reject the response by the vendorNumber one I live in a private house not a tenement house, my apartment is on the first floor and when the mail person brings any package they always ring my bellNow up to date I have not received any packages from tools plusAnyway at this point in time and all this back and forth with this company the tactics are very familiarThis is what I meant when I said I got the runaround, it's happening againSo I would appreciate if they would refund my money back to my credit cardYours Mr*** ***

*** *** attention to whom it may concern I have been very patient in terms of waiting for this for order, and you all have the nerve to make it seem like it's my faultIf the order was sent in a timely fashion I may have gotten it,I would have been looking out for the orderAnyway I would appreciate very much if you just refund my money as soon as possible And by the way if this is *** I would like to say this is the way to run a company, you have really bad attitude. Certainly not giving you the run around. Even people that do not live in tenement housing get packages stolen off their porch, or front door, or mailbox
The fact is the package was delivered (*** GPS scanned tracking) and it must have been stolenYou might have not heard your bell ringing or were not at homeIn the future, I would be careful having packages left, as it appears someone is watching your house. Criminals travel to better neighborhoods and follow *** or *** trucks just waiting for the package to be dropped off
That being said, I would be happy to refund you the total amount of your purchase, as I would not feel secure in attempting to deliver another package to your locationAlso, I feel bad for you that this apparent crime has happened to you
