I am rejecting this response because:We worked with another pool company to get a second opinion and they recommended calling the Revdex.com because of the poor workmanship on our pool The pool company would just show unannounced and we did not have an agreement for them to just show up at any time and charge us for their service We haven't received a bill all summer and believe that the current bill is unreasonable to pay because according to the other pool company nothing was fixed The patches that we put on by A-PRO did not stickThe pool is currently closed and we were able to do it without ground water because of the proper procedures followed by a different pool company The other company doesn't believe we need a pump installed We have pictures and also have hired an attorney to work with us on this case We believe that we do owe some money to A-Pro for their service and time We believe is a fair agreement for their work We also have one of their hoses that they left and would like to return to them One of their employees left the hose We would like to move on and pay the We are currently very happy with our new pool company as they uncovered issues and helped us in a professional manner with our pool

The pool liner was installed the Spring The customer has been made aware multiple times that they have ground water issues, including this Spring as wellEvery time the pool was needing to be drained or filled the customer never followed the technician's instructions, which resulted in
further damage to the linerThe liner ripped due to all the groundwater underneath it, which is not covered under warrantyWrinkles in the liner are covered under A-Pro Pool & Spa's Installation warranty, the "wrinkles were due to installation not groundwater", half moon indentations/rips are not covered under warrantyThe warranty of the liner covers the seams and is prorated over the course of approximately yearsThey were handed warranty information after the installation of the liner was completedTheir bill is due to all the groundwater issues, are technicians being out there when they say they are going to be ready for us and when we get there they are not ready or have not followed the instructions given to them, never called to asked questions on any of the instructions that they were givenThe wrinkles in the liner has nothing to do with their current outstanding bill with usChad has given them options for dewatering/sump pump the groundwater issues, so the pool can be worked on properlyWe have not heard from them since giving them the options regarding the groundwater issues
