Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I should say that when I first read it I could not believe that you would flat out lie, but on second thought I should not be surprisedI am not interested in "the goodness of your heart"You had no permission to chop down my treesMy grass is mowed regularly and if you felt that the tress were in the way of your work you should have mentioned so before cutting them, rather than cutting them without proper painting to minimize wilt and leaving the trimmings on my front yard where they are currently killing my grassIf you cared so much for my children you would spare me the efforts I have put in cleaning up all your left up nailsI've already cleaned up a few dozen, which I know was not explicitly written on your report, but I assumed some kind of clean up would be necessary to assure my family does not step on these nailsAlso I gave soda to your employees and I did not realize that meant that I would be picking up bottle caps and soda cans of my back yard as there were two garbage bins within reachThe trees are my property which I wanted to be raised without trimming so I will seek compensation for you destroying them without proper approvalAlso the trampoline mat that you destroyed was my property and it was clearly not yours as your workers have acknowledgedI reject the trampoline mat that you brought because (as you are all too well aware but unwilling to acknowledge...) it is smaller than the one I had at my possessionAlso, if you assumed it was garbage, why did you cut it in half for your use without first asking? As I feel threatened by your bullying and yelling on the phone I do not feel safe in conducting any business with you or your companyPlease do not come by my house without first calling to make sure that it is okYour treats have no place near my house or familyYou have lied on numerous occasions and I cannot trust anything else you have to sayI will no longer need your services and without the trampoline matt, and the sloppy power wash which will probably have to be done over again and stain fence your quoted numbers do not match what I am seeing on the contractI gave you the precise measurements of the mat you willfully destroyed, please replace it and refund me the difference for the remaining contract and "from the goodness of your heart" any amount you "feel" makes up for damaging my trees Regards, Stamatis M [redacted]

The Home owner received a construction agreement that included a complete Roof replacement A Power Washing of his fence and Staining it and all his window screens replaced , I completed the Roof and power washing and all his window screens new before he paid one red centHe also failed to mention that I left him $ dollars to have some one of his choosing to fix the rotten wood that his fence and back yard occurred over years of neglect including his grass and trees which looked like a jungle and you couldn't even cut the grass with out getting stabbed by branches that were so lowThe trees haven't been trimmed ever and out of the goodness of my heart for the sake of his children cleaned up his yard to help prevent spiders and bugs that the yard attracted due to all the foliagehis grass is so high its impossible to pick up all the nails The home owner was told from the beginning that the insurance does not pay for rotten wood and it was not covered on his policy however he could use the $ I would not give him a bid on the replacement of the rotten wood because I needed to wait till after the power washinghowever I would send one of my fence carpenters to give him a bid which I did he bid the repair at $ that still left him over dollarsHe expected to have his deductible covered and get a $ dollar wood replacement fix for freeI paid for a new Trampoline cover that I thought was trash cause of the condition of the back yard and that it was on the groundThere was a trampoline mat already on the trampoline so I thought it was trashI had to buy a second trampoline cover because the owner didn't like the first one I have done all work professionally except the staining of his fence I have revised our agreement amount he has a balance of After eating his deductible leaving him and doing all the work before a was paid one cent is ridiculous on his part His deductible was over dollars that he saved and all work performed except I refuse to give him rotten wood free replacement that wasn't on our contractSome people you can't do enough for they want it all free

I have a signed copy of a satisfaction invoice that shows compensation for the owners issue, and I have replaced the one piece of trampoline the owner wanted new,please place in my Revdex.com reviews on complaints
