A+ Process Serving

Review: On 2/20/14, I contacted Mr. [redacted]r via email inquiring as to whether or not his company would be able to serve documents upon a defendant in one of our cases, who resides in Antelope, CA. He replied yes. On 3/12/14, I forwarded documentation to him via email and priority mail. I then received an invoice from Mr. [redacted]r through Paypal. The amount of $57.20 was paid to him. After not hearing back from Mr. [redacted]r with a return of service, I began to send inquiries regarding the status of said process to him via voicemail messages, emails, and text messages, with no response. Finally, yesterday after sending an email threatening to initiate a complaint, I got an email back from Mr. [redacted]r stating that process could not be made. I then replied that I would need some sort of documentation stating that, to which he has not replied.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $57.20, which was paid to him.
