We, at API, are disheartened when we have a miscommunication issue with one of our valued clientsIn the case of Ms***, there was a misunderstanding of the client’s needs and we provided an incorrect pricing quoteOnce the error was recognized, we apologized to the customer and communicated with her to resolve the issueThere was no effort to “bait and switch for transportation that was to occur days in advanceIn an effort to assist Ms***, we contacted several other transportation providers in the Bay Area in an attempt to find her suitable transportation at the lowest cost possibleWe responded to Ms [redacted] via email with the name, rate, and phone number of another transportation companyMs [redacted] was unhappy with our efforts to correct the problemUnfortunately, we are unable to provide service to the client at a 60% discountAgain, we apologize for this miscommunication and attempted to resolve the issue with our clientSincerely, [redacted] API Global Transportation Inc
