My wife took our 9yo Shih Tzu to this business to be groomed. He has been groomed there several times before, with some, but minor, issues. However, this time was a disaster. My wife had deard they had a new person, so she told the lady at the desk THREE times..."Do not touch his tail or ears." Literally three times. She even asked "Do I need to write that in the special comments section?" of the form she was signing, but was told "No. That is for our use only." When she picked him up his tail and ears were SHAVED. Everyone with any common sense knows Shih Tzus ears and tails are not shave, but this person was clueless. They either ignored our instructions after they were told or were incompetent and forgot to relay them. He has a file...if they were unsure why didn't they check that.
