First time I have called this company after they installed my heating system months ago
I needed assistance in re-setting the digital thermostat the office staff was friendly and followed through with having a team member call and come out David arrived within the hras promised He came prepared to replace the thermostat if need bewhich it did! so well prepared He set up the Nexia internet system so myself and his company can monitor the activity for better assistance I greatly appreciated his step by step assistance with the internet set up....as it never is as easy as they sayThe new thermostat workedThen he discovered my humidifier was not turned on Processed to get that going David was on time friendly and very knowledgeable I said I would sign up for their 2x a yrservice contract and would like to be able to request that David be my team member....since he is now familiar with my system Thank you David so much and Bill's Heating and Air Conditioning
