Review: It has been a month and they have yet to send us our delivery of products. I also sent a complaint earlier last month with more details on the case. I have yet to hear from the company. They took our payment of over $300 for mugs we have ordered. VERY disappointed in them. Sent another e-mail this morning. I have done numerous things to try and get ahold of them. I have sent e-mails, emails throught their website, phone messages. I have use my personal phone and also e-mail to try and contact them as well. Please help. I can forward you all of the e-mails if you need them as reference and the paid invoice.Desired Settlement: Refund and product
