This client moved out the first part of August and gave us a forwarding addressOn Aug 18,We went to certified mail her disposition of deposit with all the bills attachedThe postal person said there was no such address I text her and she texted me back with the proper address to send it to which I have in textThat is where it was sent Certified mailIt sat waiting for her for daysShe never went to pick it upShe called me on 9/2/saying she had not received it Of course I went on line and tracked itI informed her she needed to go to the post officeI gave her the receipt numberShe called saying they did not know where it isI informed her that on Monday 8/I would go to the post office myselfThat is when I found out That the certified letter sat at her post office for days and is supposed to be returned to me which I have not receivedShe is angry I will not cut her another check and put a stop payment on the old oneWell I asked the owner if she would incur the expends and she said NOI am also not willing to incur the stop payment expenseSo as I informed her when the check is returned to me I will b happy to issue another one [redacted]

which I have in text. That is where it was sent Certified mail. It sat waiting for her for 15 days. She never went to pick it up. She called me on 9/2/16 saying she had not received it Of course I went on line and tracked it. I informed her she needed to go to the post office. I gave her the receipt number. She called saying they did not know where it is. I informed her that on Monday 8/29 I would go to the post office myself. That is when I found out That the certified letter sat at her post office for 15 days and is supposed to be returned to me which I have not received.
