TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,Mrs. [redacted] is correct in regards to us installing a fence, and us being out there to repair it.  We have not been out there 3 time but this would of been the third. The first time out was immediately after the installation and is quit normal as concreted post...

settle and adjustments are made to the gates. The second time out I noticed her ground to be dryer then normal and the post having a lot of space around the concrete base. The ground was in full sun and she had cracks running all around in her back yard. I pulled and pushed on all the post and noticed too much play. I informed her that we have taken 3/4" off her gate and made a good enough gap that if she would start watering the ground back there it would resolve the problem and prevent any more weakening to the fence. The backyard is roughly 15'x10' space and just watering around the post would help tremendously. When see contacted me I had and have no problem going out to look at it again. I didn't argue or even question if she had taken my advice. I simply said yes ma'am I will go and take a look as soon as possible. I received an upset Mrs. [redacted] email on the 19th and I apologized and explained, that I had some personal things preventing me from getting out there ,but I would be out as soon as possible. I have installed many fences and have always made sure of the quality. I have never had a situation like this, where we need to fix a gate for a third time. I was even a little curios especially since we saw the problem and made the adjustments to the gate to avoid further problems. I don't know what is going on over there and if it is a combination of several issues. I've only been out there once since completing the fence. All I know is that I am not mad or avoiding her or avoiding repairing the fence. I didn't have any intensions on telling her this was the last time or it's her fault. I was just going to fix the fence and try to help her resolve this mater to avoid any more inconvenience for both of us. If she would of called 6 months later and I felt it was her issue, I still would of tried to help as much as possible. I feel that she has dealt with me enough to trust I would go out there. I am currently employed full time, had some health issues this season and its the toughest part of the year to boot. It wasn't 2 months of me dodging her calls or not showing up. It was a couple of weeks of her emailing me and me responding. I didn't give her a date but left it open and assured her it would be as soon as possible. I explained that it was a tough time and nothing personal.  The fact that she went to this extreme for no reason is confusing and I believe very poor judgment. I appreciate the opportunity to say my side and look forward to this matter getting resolved. Thanks and Enjoy the up and coming Spring.

I do not want to go back and fourth with this,  so this is my final response. If the fence is loose at a certain part of the year then tight during the other , it can only be the ground conditions. I have only been out once before (after installation)so I can only say what I saw that day. I did not inspect the other fences but know that ground can be different from one area to another. She could have more sun during the dry days and hold water during the wet. If the ground is going from one extreme to the other, this will cause the post to shift slightly. Regardless of what is the cause, I still don't understand how we got here this quickly. As far as not showing up, I never gave a date. I emailed a week after we talked to apologize. I explained it was a bad time and I would be out there. I don't feel I had to get into my personal life for her to understand or except what I am telling her.  The day I opened my emails to contact her was on Tuesday (2-10-15) to inform her we would be out Thursday (today) to fix the gate and find out what was going on. As soon as I opened my emails I saw an email from Revdex.com and was shocking to see that this was even an issue. I only received the initial email from here stating the problem and a second in which I responded and explained that I would get it done , but that I had some personal matters preventing me from already being out there. I explained that I would be out as soon as I could. From the initial to today was all in a 3 week time frame. It has not even been a month and to see she has chosen to got to the extreme and try to diminish my character and all I have worked for is ridiculous. Like I said before , this was 2 emails that I responded to. I didn't dodge her contacting me. She didn't send email after email angry and stating this was a big issue. I've been involved with situations where I've been jerked around for months, and this is no where near that type of treatment. I would not do nor would I ever do that to anybody.  I will await for instructions on how to move forward. I have avoided contacting customer or making arrangement because I do not now the procedure is in resolving this matter. I do know that I do not have an issue in going out to fix the gate but will not if this complaint stands. Thanks for your time and effort in resolving this matter.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I would appreciate the fence gate being fixed.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because when the fence was originally installed on 9-24-2013, the gate did NOT open and close properly, and it still doesn't.  In regard to my watering the fence posts, I live in an apartment complex with NO outside water faucets to enable me to water each post.   Furthermore,  at my apartment complex,  there are many fences in a row, and  not one of the fences has a problem with gates opening and closing.  Mr. [redacted] has told me on several occasions that he would be there to fix the gate problem -  a two week time frame and a one week time frame, and he nor his workmenhave taken care of the gate problem.  All I am asking is for some one to fix the gate latch properly and permanently...... so that the gate will close and not blow back and forth in the wind.    I have never heard of a fenceinstaller telling the customer that the customer needs to water EACH POST so that the fence gate will close properly.  I am not mad, but yes,  I am highly disappointed that this problem has notbeen resolved on a permanent basis....... it has been an ongoing problem since the original fence/gate installation on 9-24-2013 and this is February 10, 2015.  Since the problem has not beensolved and the installer does not show up as he said he would to fix the problem, I felt that I had no other recourse but to file a Revdex.com consumer complaint.

They were contracted to do two jobs. Landscape the front and sod the back yard. A deposit was paid for both Jobs.
Around Dec 28th received the final proposal. He did not come to pick up the deposits until 1/16/15. George said it was a 2 day job. He said he was waiting on sod. He never started the from yard project even though I paid the deposit.
The grass arrived and his team came out to prepare the back yard. They used weed killer and weed eaters. They never did any grading. They also laid the sod from the outside in walking on top of the freshly laid sod. George had measured my back yard and determined it needed 4 pallets. Well it turns out it needed 6 he measured incorrectly.
My yard was left half complete. Called and emailed him several times no response. He emailed saying he would come out to see what my concerns were on 1/24. He never showed.
On 1/27 ( he still had not begun the front yet) he sent me an email stating he will not do anything in the front but would complete the back yard. I wrote back saying I was not happy. and he responded that he works 50 + hours a week and cant balance things like he had hoped. He also complained about how he took my job for cheap and said that the Sod company had shorted him.
I told him I wanted the front completed. He refused. The sod to complete the back yard arrived on 1/31. I called and emailed him, no response. On 2/2 the sod was completed. Since then I have been trying to get the money back that I overpaid George. In one of the emails he threatened not to repay me and If I continued to as for the money he owes and he will pay me back on his own time. He also used foul language to me via email. Beware/unprofessional/
