I am rejecting this response because:They refused to do anything to resolve the situationThey refused to refund my moneyThey refused to pay or reimburse me for any of the flea treatment I had to give all three of my catsThey refused to do the treatment themselvesSo while they asked what they could do to resolve the situation they refused to do anything satisfactory and I believe their intention was and is to do nothingI want a full refund Thank you

Our business, A Purrfect Groomer Mobile Pet Salon, received several messages from Carol *** regarding a recent grooming of her cat, RoxyUnfortunately, she believes that our business did not handle the situation well and has made a report to your companyI have attached the

So while they asked what they could do to resolve the situation they refused to do anything satisfactory and I believe their intention was and is to do nothing. I want a full refund.  Thank you.
