The engineer was supposed to take out a TXV valve and clean the coil. Because they never changed the filters it became clogged which caused the compressor to ice up and eventually...
blow out. The warranty was voided due to their lack of maintenance. I told Ms. [redacted] I would get her a new compressor after they cleaned the coil. I have not heard from her or any company representative since that conversation. I will gladly replace the compressor if still needed.
