Initially contacted A+ QuickBooks 5 years ago, to upgrade our existing software. They were very helpful in making suggestions on how to save money, as well as helped the firm who did the install. Since then, they have provided friendly, enthusiastic help at ever opportunity. This record continued recently, when we had to replace a computer, and even though we were not on a service contract, these folks helped the IT guy get our software transferred over to the new machine.
If you elect to purchase Intuit QB products, I highly recommend you give this firm a try. Great pricing, as well as excellent customer service....something that is rarely seen in todays complicated world!

I purchased a QB Accountant through them in the past. The whole process was very efficient. I received over the phone help when I called on how to download followed up by an email. I now call them and not QB to help me out. They are local, and I like that. They have a team of folks at the office, and each person has a certain specialty.
When a few months ago something happened to my QB's file, I first called QB customer service and then the bank- and the issue was still not resolved (wasted 2 hours right there). I then called the team at A+ QBooks Consulting and Services and they literally saved me - they first provided a few suggestions troubleshooting the issue over the phone. I ended up stopping by their office and viola!!!all was working again- they recovered all the work I put in this year. Thank you guys, you are awesome!
