I am writing you in response to customer complaint # [redacted] It clearly states in the contract, that the customer signed, that there was a 4% processing fee if payment of a credit card was usedThe work that was preformed was a mold remediation, demolition and removalIn regarding to the hole in the laundry door, we were never near that door and we were not the only contractors in the home at that timeAs far as the installation, it was a demolition and removal contract onlyI have attached the contract between the customer and I, plus text messages trying to come to an agreement with the customerCustomer satisfaction is what my company strives for, but this customer would not come to a fair agreementShe also made a complaint with home adviser which they agreed that all work was completed per contractIf you would like me to forward you home advisers email, please let me know.Thank you, [redacted]
