A-Quality Pools

Absolutely the worst service and support team. Took them the brand new pool cleaner that I bought from them. They switched out the motor with a used motor and a used chord. The for cleaner is less than 6 months old. Now the new used motor that is in my cleaner. They are giving us the run around about fixing it For replacing it with a brand new units or giving us our money back. Google reviews has them at a 4.4 Yelp has them at a 3.0. It should read less than 2 on both sites. We have called a few times to ask for the manager and no one in the store wants to take on that responsibility and they give us a number to a woman that doesn't even work in the store only takes care of service from another location. Being a 1st time in ground pool owner I am disgusted and disappointed with this company and all the other pool companies that are in the DFW. The lack of customer service that these pool companies have Is Disgusting.
