This place is awful! I purchased a fridge from them a few months ago and from the start it was making really loud noises. I called to have them come out and fix it but they said fridges make noise it's fine. Not six months later the fridge broke. I called to see if they could fix it and they were extremely rude about it. A guy came out three days later and said he didn't have the stuff to fix it but could come back first thing in the morning. Around noon I called to see where the repair man was and the receptionist was very rude and yelled at me saying he'll be there sometime between noon and five.
When he got there he was unprofessional and rushed the job. They wanted me to pay $540 to fix the fridge that was broken from the get go. Don't waste your time coming to these guys.
On September 5, 2012 I purchased a Kenmore Top Freezer fridge and it's been leaking water onto left side. The rattle on washer keeps getting worst.
On September 21, 2012 the evening after delivery of the fridge I purchased from A&R appliances I noticed water leaking onto the left side shelves and it's gotten progresively worst and have to keep a rag on the shelve.
On approximately 2 weeks after the washer & dryer were delivered (9-5-12) I called A&R and complaint about the rattle and shaking the washer was doing. It was so noisy my 9 year old got scared. [redacted], the onwer came and said that if I moved it I must have caused an imbalance of a part and caused it to shake & rattle. He spent not even 5 minutes on checking the washer, he moved it forward and said "it should work now". Well it not workin correctly and it's getting worst. I have major back and spinal problems and it's not easy for me to either move these appliances or go out and do laundry at a laundry mat. I also have a 9 year old that lives with me and I fear the food will spoil. I want to resolve this matter soon and after purchasing 3 items from A&R which two are malfunctioning I question their integrity or willingness to have a satisfied customer. Please help in this matter.
