We had the company put in replacement windows for the entire house AND had Hardie Board installed.We asked [redacted] to come back and fix a few things w/ the Hardie Board installation AND replace a broken window handle.It has been going on since November 2012. THat is the first phone call I made to [redacted] trying to get him over to the house to repair the issues.He has come once in June or July , but it has taken many, many phone calls. He always makes some kind of an excuse WHY he hasn't been back.Now he won't return any of our calls. We call him on a daily basis hoping to reach him.I fear he is out of business and now we are stuck w/ no one to back us on all that work.It has become almost a joke. We keep thinking he will call one of these days. We feel we need to also get ahold of the Hardie Board company to let them know what is going on.We also were promised that he would come back in year or two to completely check out our house to make sure the Hardie Board was installed properly. It was never done.We have had some issues w/ nail holes. The caulk and paint on each and every nail hole has faded and that was part of what [redacted] told us he was going to take care of. He did get MOST of that done, but feel is isn't resolved completely.Now he has our handle for window and we can't even open it to use!WE are so frustrated and just want him to come back and get the work done.
