The dealer did not repair the vehicle, the vehicle was taken to an authorized [redacted] dealership that gave a estimate of $8400 to repair the vehicle, the estimate for [redacted] to repair the vehicle is $12000.00. I requested that they take it to [redacted], however they took it to [redacted] on broad street. [redacted] did not make any repairs, if they did they were not done correctly. 
I want ant them to take back the vehicle and return my down payment. The mechanic told me not to drive it until the repairs are made or it would mess up the catalytic converter. Please help resolve this issue.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from A & R in may. We noted all the problems in the contract that needed to be fixed after the purchase. No one called to schedule the service. I later dropped off the vehicle and they took it to [redacted] for repairs. It was there almost a month. When I picked it up it still had the same issues and new ones had come up. I called a&r and they said they weren't going to do anything else to the vehicle. I left it there and called the lender to lrt them know the problem. The lender called them and they were told it was ready, I picked up thr vehicle on august 7, it still has problems that were not resolved.Desired Settlement: Return vehicle and get monies paid back.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from this place in May and my transmission is already gone. I was quoted a price and then charged something different after I had gone through financing and how much my payments would be. I also traded in my car and they told the people I financed with that it was $4,000 cash deposit which it was not. When I bought the car it was having problems before I left the lot which then I came back and a guy took it to a nearby service station that discovered my tire sensor was messed up and all he said was I could replace it myself. The under carriage made a crunching type noise whenever we went over a speed bump or and pot hole even if we were going slow. I contacted this place to see if they would help in any type of way and they did nothing. The costs for these repairs are about $2,500 dollars! I am upset because they increased the price of the car without my knowledge until I was looking at the forms and I was charged almost $3,000 more than the price I was told. Also I am upset that I have to pay almost $3,000 for these repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement vehicle or a refund whichever I am able to get because I have gone thru to much with this car company selling faulty cars.

Review: Car dealer misrepresented a vehicle.Desired Settlement: no refund have a car loan on a vehicle I do not have in my possession.
