She did have a balance at the end of April of $which carried over into her May billMay 1st her billing processed with the $The five day notice was issued on May 8thAt that time she tried to give my assistant her money orderOur late fees start on the 6th and so she had $in late
fees at that timeWhen she was told this she snatched the money order out of my assistance hands and said she would be filing a complaintIt is now the 15th and she has still not made payment so per our policy this will be handed over to our attorney for eviction processI will be submitting documentation via email
