6/28/I was contacted my a Ryan stating I owed money for a red light ticketWhen I asked questions pertaining to the ticket he became loud and disrespectful, making racial comments and telling me I sounded like his year oldAfter reportingetting his disrespectful behavior I received a call from someone named Mike who claimed to be the manager who denied what Ryan had said and told me the call was recorded so I asked him to play the recording because his employee is lying he of course refused also become loud and ignorantI asked Mike were was the customer service skills and he proudly told me this was not the customer service departmentI have filed a complaint with the village and will definitely be following up with this issueI don't care what a person may owe being called a racial name (***) and also being told you sound like my year old is absolutely unexceptableThis company should be put out of business asapAlso if you *** the number you will see other complaints pertaining to Ryan and this company
I have just checked my credit report and A/R Concepts shows up an outstanding debt for I have no idea why it would be on my report and I feel that I should not have to contact them to clear this matter upI would give them a terrible rating because of the way they do businessI would not recommend this company for anything
