On [redacted] I [redacted] left a deposit of $400.00 dollars on a vehicle I intended to purchase but canceled due to the deal feeling like a illegal transaction. [redacted] would not permit me to view any of my recipts or paperwork required for the purchase of the vehicle and only wanted me to pay him $1500.00 dollars in cash up front with no actual proof of purchase. The vehicle was on sale for $675.00 but [redacted] did not show me what the undisclosed additional amount the $900.00 dollars he wanted me to pay was for. [redacted] would not return my deposit because he stated that my contract required me to pay for the vehicle which was false. I demanded for him to show me the total amount that I was to pay and continued to deny me any official documentation for my intended purchase. I then offcially canceled the transaction for the purchase of the vehicle and [redacted] refused to return my $400.00 deposit. I am now suing [redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted] Company for $5400.00 dollars.
