To whom it may concern: I responded to Mr M***Why you didn't receive my response I have no IdeaThis issue is still on the tableWhat he stated was true for the most partWhy he didn't finish job, after he was paid he left out, The cable was to short for *** *** to connect up to the power supplyAlso there is some question as to the over all way the job was done*** *** doesn't want the firemen to have to reach over a metal fence to shut the power off and they do not want them to have to open a gate combination then a locked shed to access the shut off switchWhat he did is not acceptable to *** ***. Yours truly,*** * ***

The wire was long enough I cut a couple of feet off my side [redacted] left there side to short they said they had enough wire they should have secured the wire and did not all they have to do is splice a couple of feet on they do it all the time they are now saying they don't want to splice by their own rules they put a junction box right outside the transformer and splice wire I don't see why this is different they had 3 men there working I have no control of transformer everything I'm saying I can provide proof [redacted] keeps changing their rules even there people think this is a pain in the [redacted] has the keys to the transformer I can not get in it period it's there mistake they should make it right and change their rules again and secure the wire like all electricians do when we pull wire

the new meter, ran power from the new meter to the new 100 amp panel in the storage shed. When I was ready to pull the wire I had to call [redacted] to come out to pull the wire. [redacted] worked at the transformer side and I worked at the meter side. I pulled the wire from the meter side and they fed the transformer side. They will not allow me to get into the transformer side because they control it completely. Mr. [redacted] sat there and listen to us talk back and forth. He was in the middle of the 135 foot pull. He heard [redacted] say they had enough wire. [redacted] left the wire in their transformer while I hooked up my side. Then I had my side inspected and passed my inspection. A different guy from [redacted] came out to hook up the wire and he said the wire inside the transformer was 3 feet to short to reach the lugs and would not hook it up because the wire was too short. Mr. [redacted] expects me to repull the wire at my cost when I had no control over the wire. The electrical power company does and instead of going after them he's going After me and it isn't right. He expects me to pay for the parts and labor. If he was willing to pay for the wire I would do the work. They will not allow me in the transformer to pull the wire. They have all control over it and I will not buy new wire because it's not my fault. I ran an extra 4 inch pipes for mr [redacted] at no additional cost so I will not be giving him anything more. Ron M[redacted]A&R Electric LLC

Id number [redacted]I met with [redacted] in September to discuss work he wanted done which he had an old electrical panel in the back of his house that was being fed from an...

overhead power supply. He wanted me to put a new meter and panel in to have it fed from underground. He has a 60 amp panel in his garage which was fed from his original panel. My agreement was to run a new pipe and wire and make that panel in the garage a 100 amp panel which I did. From that panel I was going to reverse the feed to the original  panel which I did. I told him I would hook up 100 amp panel on the outside of his house for his hot tub which I did. I ran piping in from the panel to hook up his hot tub. I had to spend extra time working on his hot tub because he had broken the electrical cube for the power. The new meter and panel I put in was back in September. He couldn't get the [redacted] to come out and dig the underground so he changed his mind and wanted to go to overhead.  He was suppose to have a trench dug by [redacted] which [redacted] can verify. He decided he didn't like that idea so he was going to dig the trench himself with a high pressure water gun, which doing this in the Breckinridge, didn't work. Then he decided he wanted to have the new panel and meter to be fed from over head instead of underground which required more work and parts. It took him another month to convince [redacted] to change from underground to over head. He did not call me back until the middle of December to finish this work because [redacted] would not come out. This is all verifiable through [redacted] and text and emails. I ran wire for a washer and dryer. There are wires in the panel and the wall where he needed it. All he had to do was put in a breaker and an outlet which only takes 1 hour and about $40. He kept changing his mind on what he wanted done and how he wanted it done. He left me waiting for months to finish a project that I could've had done in 3 days. I spent double the amount of labor and parts. I gave him a lot of extra work.  I more than glad to meet with another electrician and describe the work done to his house and how much he paid and anyone would say that would cost at least double what I charged him for that amount of work and parts and labor for it. Once again his service was suppose to be underground then he changed it to overhead which dramatically changed the scope of the job. For $3000 he got a 200 amp main service, 2-100 amp sub panels,1-60 amp sub panel, a gfi breaker, hot tub hooked up and all the piping and wiring and breakers associated with all the connections. Once again the only thing I didn't finish for him was putting in two outlets and two breakers for washer and dryer. I was not suppose to buy pipe or wire for the main service. [redacted] would've have supplied those parts for the service if he left it underground and all this can be verified through [redacted], text and emails. I had an inspection which I passed. I had two points of bonding as per the NEC electrical code. The inspector wanted me to add a third point of bonding which is part of the extra that he has on his job. I was not going to charge any extra because I did not come back and hook up the washer and dryer but if he feels that I owe him money then maybe I will go ahead and file a lein and we can figure it out through the legal system.Thank youRon M[redacted]A & R electric LLC

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Mr M[redacted] is flawed in this way. He is holding me responsible for the cable being short. I did not measure the length nor did I run the cable. I had offered to split the cost of the new cable with him and received no response. I was then going to run the cable my self. I was told by the inspector that a licensed electrician had to do the whole job. I had measured the length before I called the inspector and did so with a tape measure I measured 138 ft needed at a minimum. I called [redacted] engineer ([redacted]) he told me that the disconnect could not  have the firemen reaching over the fence. That the box had to be, on the side of the shed with out fence and that there could only be one locked access and that would be the gate. Mr M[redacted] had two locked access entries. The gate and the shed.I called the inspector. He said that [redacted] could make mandatory request. He told me that Mr. M[redacted], had said that he had spoken to [redacted], and that [redacted] had accepted what Mr. M[redacted] had proposed. Well he is not accepting it now. Everything has to be moved an even longer cable has to be ran an different boxes installed. So if Mr. M[redacted] had responded in a timely fashion these additional cost would not have been incurred assuming that [redacted] had agreed to Mr M[redacted]'s propossal.
