Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business's response is inaccurateFirst of all the missing pump was replaced on June 14, not six years agoAR Landscape's invoice number [redacted] in the amount of $dated 5/22/confirms thisIt was not a year old pump! May 16, I called and requested the pump be reinstalled as soon as possibleI did not insist it be done immediately but I did request it as soon as possibleI called numerous times over a month long period with two returned to find the statusThe log in my complaint to the Revdex.com details the number of phone callsI would not be as irate if I had received calls back with a date certain for installationThe main problem with AR Landscape is the commitments made and the lack of follow throughThis has happened in the past to me as well and I know of other homeowners who have experienced the same problemAR is wrong saying "Our company has more than fulfilled their end as we not only put the pump back in we replaced a year old pump for a brand new one at no charge to the customer"It was not a year old pump it was one year old! Why did it have to be replaced? AR Landscape's invoice number [redacted] in the amount of $475 dated 5/22/2014 confirms this. It was not a 6 year old pump! The original pump was about 6 years old! What happened to the pump that was installed in June 2014 and removed in November 2014 by this company? Why did they have to order a third pump and not reinstall the one removed in November 2014? May 16, 2015 I called and requested the pump be reinstalled as soon as possible. I did not insist it be done immediately but I did request it as soon as possible. I called numerous times over a month long period with two returned to find the status. The log in my complaint to the Revdex.com details the number of phone calls. I would not be as irate if I had received calls back with a date certain for installation. I do expect to pay the labor cost, however. A check is in the mail in that amount. An overall observation is: when AR makes commitments it should honor them. If they cannot they need to inform the customer promptly with a revised date. I might be unhappy but at least I would know. The product and service in question was removed in November 2014- the customer called and asked that the pump be placed back in May 2014. could be done immediately as the customer insisted it be done ASAP- as it is summer and is our companies busiest season it should have been scheduled for weeks out.Overall, a brand new pump was put back in June 6th- however, now it is July 16th and no payment has been made by the customer. Our company has more than fulfilled their end as we not only put the pump back in we replaced a 6 year old pump for a brand new one at no charge to the customer.
