on [redacted] I agreed to pay a@r landscaping [redacted] to trim the hedges in my back yard.the agreement was to cut the top and both sides of the hedges and to clean up when done.later that day after a@r had left, my neighbor complained that a@r had left hedge trimmings in their yard.at that point I also noticed that they did not trim all of my hedges. I called [redacted] of a@r later that day and he said he would return on [redacted] to finish the work.on [redacted] I called [redacted] again and he said he would come back in the next couple days.I called again on [redacted] and once again was told that the work would be done in a few days.I called again on [redacted] and left a message stating that if the work was not done by [redacted] that I would be filing a complaint.I am a retired person who is home every day although I did give them my phone number to call me before arriving.Product_Or_Service: landscaping, hedge trimmingDesired Settlement I want a@r to finish the job or pay back [redacted]
