On February 13, 2013 I contacted [redacted] in person to ask for his service of process serving a Petition for Divorce to my wife in a TIMELY manner. Through the week of February 18th I called 5 times to find out if she had been served and left voicemail messages. I EXPRESSLY told him to go to the house in the morning and he kept going in the evening. I gave him time frames for him to serve her and gave her work information. On February 26th I called him again and he still had not completed the process. On February 27th I was served from my wife, and when I called Mr. [redacted] to ask why he had not served her, he told me I was out of luck.
