I called ARM security in December after my alarm system went off for no reason for the 100th time I asked for them to at that time to close my account I stated that the Cellular device had not worked in years and I would get calls all hours of the day and night (Overnight as well) stating the "Expansion Module had failed" It was recommended by ARM to come out and inspect and repair the unit I said that was fine but no longer wanted the service I went on vacation returned to the death of my wife's Grand Mother so I called ARM and canceled the service call to deal with funeral arrangements At that time I asked for the account to be closed It in now July and I am still receiving invoices that I owe money and "based on my contract" ???
