My pilot light on my water heater went out and when I tried to relight it, it would not stay litI watched some youtube videos and found the problem to be the thermocoupleI bought the part and planned to fix it myself, however I could not get the bolts unscrewedThe waterheater was an older model and I'm guessing the bolts had never been taken offSo I gave up rather than risk stripping them and called A & RThey were nice enough to come out the same dayHowever I was charged $for a (diagnosis and repair 125.00) that I kid you not only took minutes to replace and it was up and runningThe part itself is only $if you buy it at your local hardware storeI appreciated the efficiency but to have charges tacted on to my bill!!!! I felt was ridiculous and I felt taken advantage ofHe never spent anytime diagnosing anythingI told him what the problem was and he just replaced the partI could understand the $I thought that would probably be the highest it would beAlso if a company is going to tack on these charges from the get go shouldn't they explain this to the customer before scheduling the appointment?!!! I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience

Very poor people skills.
Rude and took them six weeks to attempt to fix warranty works.
Not happy with how I was treated
