I am rejecting this response because:
I never NEVER spoke to anyone at AR WHEN I phoned in I only left a message and I not only never threatened legal action but foul language was not used in my emails (which I have copies of my emails) or when I left a message on the phone I was told by Paypal that all items were shipped and it was not until I called and left a message that I wanted to speak to a supervisior that I was referred to Mr *** He told me he would send to me the items missing from my order I did not hear from him so I emailed and he emailed back that they did not have all the missing items which would be in on June 25, which was never received In my experience with this company, I have not been informed about my order until I contacted them and someone involved in this transaction is not telling the truth I do appreciate the refund but I only requested the order be complete or a refund of the items I did not get.

The list of events stated by Ms*** are not entirely accurate. She was upset and that is understandable but she was out of line with the way she spoke to the customer service team. She instantly threatened legal action, used foul language and was unreasonable The hard facts
are, we ran out of a few products and were unable to fill her order in a timely manner The latest corrective action taken was to refund her entire order amount. That has been done as of yesterday and she should have been notified via Paypal. We take great pride in the customer service we provide and are known for it around our industry. We routinely go above and beyond what people expect from their products customer service teams
