A & R Precision Cabinets

We attempted to work through our contractor to get repairs on cabinets. Cabinets were initially painted and installed as white when hey were supposed to be gray. They took cabinets out, painted sloppy gray and put them back in. Over 6 months to 1 year and all the cabinets had chipped revealing white paint. Also, all the cabinet doors have become loose, some nearly falling off. Worst cabinets ever! After cabinet maker didn’t connect with contractor, we reached out directly (sent pictures) said would come, and never did. The cabinets are only 2 years old and they look horrible. Will be filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Do not use!

He figured out the problem and made another appointment with us on Friday 16th and he is going to bring a [redacted] representative with him to figured out the problem. Review: About 2 years ago [redacted] an owner of A&R Precision Cabinets business, built and installed kitchen and bathroom cabinets for my home. I paid in full upon completion of the project, but 2 days later I noticed streaks of lacquer on some of my kitchen cabinets. I called [redacted] right away, explaining to him my concerns. He told me that he will stop by to take a look when he was in my area. 2 weeks went by and he never showed up, so I called him again and he assured me that this time he will stop by for sure. However, he never did stop by and the rest of my calls were never answered. I left him numerous voicemails and text messages, but never heard back. After about 6 months I noticed that the lacquer started to peel off. I called [redacted] again and left him a voicemail. About 2 months ago on Saturday I thought I would try and call him again and to my surprise he picked up the phone. I explained to him that it has gotten significantly worse and now the cabinets looked awful. [redacted] promised me that he will come on Tuesday to look at the cabinets. Of course, he never came. On December 7th, I sent [redacted] a final text message saying that I will contact Revdex.com to file a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: I would really like for cabinets to be refinished and done properly this time.Thank you.
