To whom it my concern,
Our Installation policy on all tents is that we will deliver on Thursday or Friday due to the fact that setting up tents can become complicated due to unforeseen complications when on location and *** *** was not our only tent being set up that weekendWhile we did
contact *** *** about attempting to get his order set up on Thursday this ended up not being the case and we contact him as soon as we knewWhich was alright with him because his wedding was not until Saturday,Our installers showed up on site Friday September 11th around 5:00PM with the 30xtent order, Upon speaking with *** *** he advised us where to install the tent in the back of the yard then left the propertyAt one point a senior member of management did come out to inspect the job and left before it was finishedAs stated on the rental agreement we stack all the tables and chairs under the tent for customer to install on their own preferences so they can configuring there layout for the eventIf a customer chooses to have us install the items such as tables and chairs there is additional fees and line items on the ContractThere was no request on contract to set up tables and chairs** *** returned to the property as the crew was finishing and looked at the tent, and then signed the paperwork approving of the work doneWe received a call on Saturday morning; September 12th*** discussed that the tent was leaking at one place near the peak of the tent due to the down poor of rain from the stormWe advised him that we could come out to site and inspect the tent to see where it was leaking and try to correct the problemAs it is stated on our rental agreement, tents are not guaranteed to be absolutely waterproof and due to the nature of the storm it would be hard to prevent any leaks but we were willing to do what we could to help*** responded not to worry about it that the guest where going to start showing up, he would make do, and wanted us to talk to management and see if we could compensate him for the troubleUpon showing up at the property for tear down, the back yard was in much disarray from the storm and the tables and chairs were not tore down and stack as they were when dropped offWe agreed to accommodate the customer for his trouble by offering a $discount which ended up covering the labor cost of the tear down of the tables and chairs,
