We contracted to have a bathroom renovated, which was done in August of 2012. And we wanted to have new replacement windows installed for the balance of the amount which we gave a prepayment for. The total was $11500.00. We prepaied $10000.00. The windows should have been installed in October 2012. Despite numerous calls to [redacted], the owner, the windows were never installed and we are no longer able to contact him. He doesn't respond to any calls. In essence he owes us in excess of $7000.00.
