This "company" apparently bought our property management agreement from another companyWe were notified AFTER the factThis occurred in Sept2015, if I remember correctlySince then, I have been lied to on two occasions, irresponsibly sent a bill for A/C for which we did NOT have work done by that repair companyI had requested an inspection be done for several monthsIn the latter part of April I called them again and was lied to - that it had been done on April 12th, I again requested that an inspection be done and it wasThe email I rec'd had no letterhead or name of the property mg't on it, and, was just checked off in a few places
To repeat, in May, I was emailed a bill for A/C repairThey told me that because they have two rental homes on my street, attention WAS NOT paid to the appropriate house numberNo apologies either, just excuses! Today, June 7, I received my check from the propmgrfor our amount, less their fee, the check is substantially less than it should beWhy, you askbecause they, once again, did NOT do their due diligence and manage their books correctly When I call them, I get an excuseNot acceptable! It was NOT professionally, nor responsibly taken care of
I have had numerous arguments with these people - I mean full ARGUMENTS
They have no respect, customer service or professionalism Of course they say I can get out of my "contract", which I never signed with them and I repeat, I was not notified of the sale until it was completed, so I had no choice, unless I do certain things and pay something, of which the "owner" Thomas, could not even tell me a number
I have just completed a conversation with my attorney on this matter
