Amazing customer service! One of the few companies that still has the human touch!
Highly recommend! Great value! Awesome people!

You are complaining about the
state’s fees and procedures, not oursIf you want to vent your concerns, we
would recommend you complain to the actual agency all these complaints are
about (The State of Delaware)You made a legal decision when you formed your
/>
company and basically made a legal agreement with the State of Delaware that
you agreed to pay them fees and they agreed to give you a companyYou legally
appointed us as the agent, and we are forced to be the agent until you remove
usThe state charges a fee to remove us, just the same as they charge a fee to
maintain your company.
You said we were consistent, which seems like a positive review on usWe only charge
you $a year to be the agent, so you could understand that there’s not enough money there to pay the
state the fees you owe the stateSo we’re not charging you to cancel, we’re
simply asking you to pay for the state fees we would have to pay to resign
Since we are legally obligated to provide the service you hired us for, we will
continue to attempt to collect our service fee until you go through the state
provided procedures to dissolve your company or to have us resign

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
It is true that I cannot now expect one Agent to invest effort in changing State policies that should have been disclosed more clearly at the outset, nor blame this Agent for not providing the service of clear disclosure that the State does not require nor provide itself. Nonetheless, given that I was misled by the State with the complicity of the Agent in the first place, I am giving fair warning to the Agent that I do not intend to honor its request for payment as it has already benefited from my payment for two years worth of service that I would not have paid had I been clearly informed, and therefore the Agent's receipts still exceed the State fees, should the Agent opt to pay the State to maintain its good standing, while I no longer have any business in the State for which standing is necessary

this agency is wonderful

Our policy is clearly outlined on our Terms page at: https://www.delawareregisteredagent.com/terms-and-policy-service-agreement.  The customer had ample opportunity to review this policy before signing up for our service.
Even though the customer called the same day, since we...

process filings so quickly, we had already started the process to form the DE LLC.  So we had to go through the process of canceling the filing, archiving the account and refunding the customer's credit card.  All those things take time and that's why we have a policy to charge a cancellation fee which is clearly outlined on our website before payment is made.By the customer's own admission he ordered our service and then changed his mind.  The cancellation policy is in place for this specific reason.  If the customer wanted to make changes to his filing, we would gladly make those changes to get him the service he needed at no additional cost, but he cancelled the service and the cancellation is subject to the policy outlined on our website.

My CPA referred me to this company. I have been very satisfied with their service's and attention to my business. Notifications are simple, fast and detailed. The employee's in customer service are attentive and professional.

Review: The Agent in Delaware is entwined in the State of Delaware's practice of entrapment of entities that register LLCs as I did. Two years ago, I believed that by registering an LLC in Delaware for the sum of $50, I would have an annual cost of $50 to maintain my registration. I understood the additional cost of identifying an Agent, which has been a consistent $49/year charged by this Agent.

Last year, I was surprised to learn that the State of Delaware charges $250/year for an LLC to file papers to RETAIN registration. I paid the sum and the $49 for the Agent, until I could get my business in order to move out-of-state.

The State of Delaware also charges $200 for an LLC to dissolve itself - that I decline to pay.

I want to terminate service of the Agent in Delaware, that must be done via its on-line portal.

I sought telephone assistance on 4/1/2014 as I figured out how to get into the on-line portal. The least-cost option to terminate service of the Agent in Delaware identified a $45 charge that the Agent would pay to formally file that it no longer represents me, plus a $2 handling charge.

The telephone representative of the Agent indicated that she could adjust the fee to $27 that I would have to pay - but I consider it ridiculous that I must pay to STOP receiving services.

I indicated that I would file this "complaint" with the Revdex.com to provide formal notice that the Agent should cease to expect that I want their services (that I have no way to formally cancel) or that I will pay the $49 annual invoice that I continue to receive.Desired Settlement: I want A Registered Agent Inc. to stop sending me invoices that I will not pay.

I've had nothing but good experiences with A Registered Agent. They went above and beyond in providing me guidance through the incorporation process.
