Worst company ever dealt withStay far awayThey do not come when they say, then threaten to cancel when you complainNeed to be shut down and I wish nothing but failure for this dreadful "service"

These men came as a recommendation by LG and the first time they did a service call they did ok The next time, my refrigerator was under warranty and it was freezing in the produce section I told them exactly what was going on They came in and we're through minutes later and presented us with an $bill It was paid The produce continued to freeze, I called them, they told me the company had not paid them I got very angry and called LG and told them to send someone else They did and when the next very reputable company came, they opened it up and showed us where they had put scotch tape over back of the removeable tray
How they are in business is beyond me
