A Reliable Foundation Repair

I received a phone call from ** *** on Feb ** and he stated he would be sending me my paperworkI waited week and didn't receive anything in the mail and texted him on Feb *** with no response from him yet

This company is a fraudHe asked for half payment upfrontWorked one day and never showed up againWe've called many times with no responseThe phone number is now disconnect and no way to contact this companyThis company is definitely not reliable at all

The owner called me on the last day of work to say he was ill and would have his assistant do the final walk through and to just give him the final payment and he would be sending me my receipt and warranty in the mail. I've called, left messages and texts and he has never returned my call or sent my paper work. I've tried for the past 8 months with no response from him. A female returned a call once but unable to reach her either. I guess without a warranty I won't be able to have any repairs done if needed.
