We have tried to resole any issues with this customer and she is unwilling to let any technician from our company address her complaints. We are not sure how we can resolve the issues with out being able to speak with her or having access to the equipment that was installed on her property. Our...

technicians we unable to go to her home on the original day she called due to previous engagements. An appointment time was scheduled for a day or 2 later and after they left she seemed happy and agreed the issues we resolved. She claims to have had a different company come and make changes to wiring and equipment and now she is unwilling to let us address any complaints she may have.
