I was not verbally informed that the warranty was null and void, it was written on a crumpled up checkI figured it was null and void just for window that I was refunded forSo of course I called a better contractor to fix the windowIf *** *** at A Repair had shown up when he said he would, without me calling to see why he didnt show up I would not have been irate on the phoneOnce I paid him it was like pulling teeth to get the jobs completedSo when I thought all was fixed, and it rained and the window was leaking of course I was irritatedNow he says the rest of the warranty is null and voidI deserve a refund on all workI have pictures and the contractors notes on the things he had to fixThis past weekend yet another window Jason Gardener at A Repair King said he fixed was notThe caulk shrunk up and there were gaps around the windowHow can myself or anyone else trust this company to touch the homes they pay so much for

I already spoken to *** and we are resolving the issueWe have set up an appointment for Saturday between 9-10AMThe issue will be fixed that dayI apologize to Mr***

The repair company has not acted on the agreement, ID ***On November 21, 2017, Mr*** *** called me and stated that he could not keep the appointment because of the weather forecast, that other arrangements would have to be madeI have him called him twice and emailed him to let him know that at least he could come to my home to see and discuss my concernsAs of December 3, 2017, I have not heard from him

To Whom It May Concern:
I am confused in reference to this request for a full refund as this customer was already refunded for the repair(s) in question via check. Please be advised that this customer was informed that cashing said check would void the entire repair's...

warranty since a representative from Repair King was not given a chance to even evaluate the reason for any alleged failure(s). Also, since this customer already had another contractor subsequently tamper with any part of the repair(s) in question, said imprudence also voids the warranty on the entire repair. Please find a copy of the cashed refund check attached that states this customer was informed of the circumstances, refunded, and as a result, voided the warranty as discussed.
Please be advised that when this customer called for warranty assistance; this customer was acting very irate and impatient. This customer was duly advised that a repair representative would try to make it out on Christmas Eve to evaluate the situation. However, around 1pm this customer became even more so irate and stated that he did not want a representative from our company to correct or even come out and look at said alleged issues: this customer just wanted monetary compensation. So, after discussion, concurrence that $100 refund was fair on the stipulation that his warranty on the repair(s) were void since he would either fix it himself and/or use another contractor to evaluate the situation. Therefore, this issue was resolved as soon as this customer cashed the $100 refund check stating his warranty is void (see attached cashed check).
Wherefore, based on the foregoing: I cannot offer any recourse, refund, reference or otherwise under said circumstances since this customer has already voided his warranty and subsequently chosen a different avenue for resolution. Please advise this customer of the circumstances. Also, please advise this customer of the possible repercussions of filing this erroneous complaint. Please remove this untrue and erroneous complaint and this response from the public view based on the fact that the complaint is untrue as well as contains facile and gratuitous comments that are offensive. Thank you for your time, consideration and anticipated cooperation.
