Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: She gave me one copy of the blueprints and I put it back on her porch in a plastic bag

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
MrReynolds' response to the Revdex.com is filled with statements
First, he has not returned my building plans to me I provided him with three (3) identical copies, certified and signed by my architect With regard to his claim that he came to my home six times, I cannot verify this He met with me once with his electrician, once to pick up the building plans, and came a third time when I was not home with a mason Another contractor was working on my home at the time and told me that MrReynolds came with another person I believe his allegations of three additional visits are falseI also have a string of text messages which show my numerous attempts to reach MrReynolds without success Not only did he promise to have these figures to me on certain dates, he also represented to me more than once that he had said figures in hand, when that was not the case I continuously gave MrReynolds the benefit of the doubt more than once when he did not deliver on his promises I relied on those promises, and now I am categorized as "impatient" because I expected to hear from MrReynolds when he said I would
