A River City Plumbing Service

Talked to customer and plumber on job and the plumber didn't tell customer about 5% service charge on credit card so I send out refund check on credit card fees

Once again A River City Plumbing to the rescue!! Two adults and an 8 and 17 year old (girls), one completely clogged toilet, and the only other not flushing very well all on a Friday evening!! First plumber home warranty tried to send out said he could be here NEXT Friday!! Called[redacted] Saturday morning, explained the situation and he was here Saturday afternoon. Well worth having to foot the bill until reimbursement (4 to 6 weeks out). And it was surprisingly less than we had feared. Everything flowing fine now!
This is the second time in 14 months we have had to use a plumber both time it has been[redacted]. Thank goodness for[redacted] and A River City Plumbing. Always reliable, punctual and pleasant. He is our go to plumber guy.[redacted] the Plumber Man!!

[redacted] and [redacted] were able to come out an do a free estimate in a timely manner. The quote was reasonable and they were able to begin work the same day. Once work began, they were able to discovery that our floor was severely water damaged and assisted with an excellent water damage restoration referral. They serviced all of our plumbing needs throughout the restoration process in an excellent and timely manner.

They were on time and prompt. Diagnosed the problem quickly and am very satisfied with the work done! Would hire them again and suggest them to friends and family.

A River City Plumbing offered us a free quote and their rates were reasonable. They stated on replacing the wax ring for our toilet and discovered our flooring was water damaged. They provided us with an excellent referral and assisted with our our plumbing needs throughout the restoration process in an efficient and professional manner.

To the point, knew exactly what I needed and had an accurate time frame for completion.
They did a great job, and nothing came up that cost more money than what was agreed upon.
I feel I got a great deal, and had excellent results.

We found A River City Plumbing through our home warranty and we could not be more satisfied. [redacted] showed up the days he said he would and always on time. We just purchased an older mobile home and needed sinks, toilets and faucets replaced and/or repaired. [redacted] was thorough, and suggested repairing instead of replacing when he thought it would be more cost effective and still work of us. His prices were responsible and his attention to the details of his work was impeccable. When one of the toilets did not sit quite right because of a floor issue, he took the time to take it back out, reset it and came up with a fix that works and looks great at no additional charge. Being new to the area finding good contractors is tough, but with [redacted] and River City Plumbing no more looking for a plumber. I highly recommend River City Plumbing.

have had several Plumbers come out to my home over the past 12 years with hard water problems that were effecting the flow of my water inside of my home. I was told I needed to replace all my water pipes throughout my home to replacing all my fixtures that would ultimately cost me in the thousands of dollars to do. Or, That they did not know why I was experiencing these problems. Once again, I opened to the yellow pages of my phonebook and decided to call A River City Plumbing in Post Falls. Am I ever glad I did! Michael come out to my home the following day. He KNEW exactly what needed to be done to resolve my problem(s). He was over the top friendly,took the time to explain my problem in a friendly profession way.You know admiralty that he is an honest person that takes pride in his work and your concerns and home. Needless to say, Michael was able to resolve my water problems. I am so glad I found them and should I have any plumbing problems in the future I will defiantly be calling them.
