A RIX Limousine /Johnstown Limousine

I booked this business with a deposit in January of 2012 for my May 2013 wedding. After the deposit was paid they disappeared. I tried for about 6 weeks in late 2012 to get my pay off balance, and finally 7.5 weeks after I started I got a call with my balance. In February 2013 I started trying to reach them to pay the final balance. I called the office and left messages, I call the owners cell phone and left messages, I sent text messages, and emails. Finally after 6 weeks of trying and I told them I was checking with other companies he called me 5 times in one evening, and emailed me 3 times that same evening. I told him not to bother and the certified cancellation would be in the mail the next day. He received the letter last week and has yet to confirm that it is all cancelled. I know he got it because I paid extra to have a return receipt sent to me.
