A-Rocket Moving & Storage, Inc.

On December 12, 2012 I witnessed an A-1 Rocket Moving & Storage truck drive up onto a the yard and thru the flower bed of a property that I manage for a client. The truck/driver left a tire rut in both the yard as well as the flower bed and broke the landscape timber bed edging. I walked over to the moving truck after the driver, [redacted], completed manuvering his truck across the street. [redacted] admitted to the damage. I asked him to contact his supervisor. Mr. [redacted] called his office and I spoke with a gentleman that identified himself as [redacted], the owner of A-1 Rocket. Mr. [redacted] told me he would contact me on 12/13/12 to come to inspect the property damage. I never received a call from anyone at A-1 Rocket on 12/13/12 so on 12/14/12 I called Mr. [redacted]. He told me he was busy and that is why he did not call me on the 13th but would call me between 1:00 and 2:00 on his way to view the damage. At 3:30, a representative of A-1 Rocket, [redacted] came to view the damage and took photographs. Mr. [redacted] told me Mr. [redacted] would call me next week to schedule repairing the damage. I never heard back from anyone at A-1 Rocket so I called on 12/28. I left a message on Mr. [redacted]'s voice mail to call me. Mr. [redacted] never returned my call so I called back on 1/7/13. I spoke with both his secretary, [redacted], to leave a message for Mr. [redacted] to call me as well as I left a message on his voice mail. To date, I have not heard from anyone and my property is still damaged.
