I am writing in response to the referenced
complaintI have reviewed Mr***’s complaint in its entiretyHis allegations
against A+ Home Improvement are and without merit Mr*** is making claims in
regards to A+ Home Improvement and in regards to our
relationship with other
companies.
*** *** hired an independent adjuster to fully
investigate this claim A+ Home
Improvement never did any of the actual work, did not have a contract with Mr
***, nor were we ever on the property A+ Home improvement was not found to be
negligent or liable for any loss. *** *** Insurance Company has outlined
the course of events therefore I will not reiterate the course of events again
hereI am attaching a copy of the decision from my insurance carrier,
*** *** Insurance Co. Please see
correspondence from *** *** dated October 10, and November 3,
respectively.
A+ Home Improvement does quality work and we have enjoyed
an excellent reputation for many years for quality workMr*** is
making claims and statements against my company which we do not
appreciateI do not feel that A+ Home Improvement is responsible for any of
the damages that Mr*** is alleging in his complaint for the
aforementioned reasons.
