We just received this complaint today and had set up an appointment yesterday to work this out with the customer The salesman had a meeting with [redacted] today at 12:15pm When I have more information I will be in touch

We do not have a customer with this nameCan they give us the exact name that was on the documents such as the contract or repair order?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for the warranty and the materials list, but my question "What was done during the hrs of Carpentry work" was not answered and we would like the last names of Jerry & Justin We also were told that cost of the plywood $per sheet included the carpentry work laying it *Carpenters also assisted with miscellaneous plywood which was necessary to complete job Jerry – hours on Tuesday, hours on Wednesday Justin – hours on Tuesday, hours on Wednesday I will be mailing out a check for $16,today, I will mail out the remaining $2,as so as we are given a good justification for what was done during the hrs of carpentry work Sincerely, [redacted]
