I came home on 6/27/2013 to a massive leak originating from a water source in my downstairs bathroom. Rooterman was called by residential management company. The plumber arrived at my house and tried to as the cause of the problem. He was with me for approx 3 hours and left without locating the source. He handwrote a "invoice" stating such: that no source or cause was identified, that no clog was noted and that no repairs were done" I signed this invoice. The plumber was unable to provide me a copy so I took a picture of the invoice for my records. In Oct 2013, 3.5 months later, I received a bill in excess of 500.00 from my management company. They stated that the plumbers billed them for repairs to my unit and that it was my responsibility as the homeowner to pay for repairs done to my toilet. I provided my picture of the receipt stating that no repairs were completed. I have never received an invoice from the plumber and was not able to even see this invoice until 2/10/2014. (provided by mangement company) The invoice is completely different, falsely states repairs were done that were not and does NOT have my signature anywhere on this invoice. I am not penalized with collection effort fees, certified letter fees, and legal collection attempt fees for a service that was NEVER provided, for repairs that were NEVER done. This has cost me considerable time and financial loss now in excess of 1000.00. This company should be penalized for false billing and invoicing services that were never completed. I have the original receipt provided to me by the plumber on 6/27/2013 when he was leaving my house. This is the only receipt I have ever signed or had any knowledge of before last week
