This customer has been an impossible client to work with. In terms of receiving timely payments, scheduling cleanings and the pick up our units. We have attempted on numerous occasions to clean the units but couldn’t access them due to the fact that a wall has been built around our porto potties and they are gated as well. She has regularly scheduled weekly cleaning with which we have honored but couldn’t gain access to the units. Since we haven’t received payment after trying to work with her on a payment plan we were forced to have to put her in collections and retrieve our units but to no avail.
