Hi this is Leondra S [redacted] of A Rustic LookIn reference to the situation with mentioned dealing with the bedThe piece was an custom order and on custom orders I do not take money back but I will fix any problem that is caused by me or because of something that have doneWhen custom orders are placed usually there is a 3rd down for deposit but I waived it and I decided to deliver the piece to the customer upon her requestOnce the piece was delivered the customer was capable of checking over the item to make sure there was nothing wrong with it before she gave 1cent towards making the transaction completeThen the customer had a complaint about the bed I offered to fix any structural problems with the bed she wanted her money back while I fixed the bed and I let her know that the problem she mentioned was something that would take minutes to adjust and there would be no need to take the bed away to fix it but if need be she could sit at my home while I fixed it but I was not giving money back while I adjusted the situationShe did not like what I offered and became irate made suggestions of what I could do or what she could do but none of those were something I was offering to do or would have fixed the situationShe did not like the fact that I was not willing to bend to her will so she decided to leave a review on my work site and report me to the BBeither way I told her to have a blessed day and left the situation in her hands to deal with and thanked her for the businessfeel free to buy something else
