I stayed here for a business trip back in October 2016. Although the accommodations were nice and the rate was reasonable, the hotel ended up charging me twice for my stay. First of all, it took them nearly a month to even recognize they had charged my account twice. Second, they have been promising me a credit back to my account for weeks. This is after I have called them five times and sent multiple emails. Every time they assure me the matter is being addressed and I will see a credit back on my account soon. People make mistakes but the way this hotel has handled the issue is inexplicable. One false assurance after another has led to nothing but frustration. Needless to say I will not be staying here ever again.
